Cancellations and Refunds

At Design Morsels my priority is to provide a valuable product to you.

Refunds for Custom Mood Board and Space Plan: Once I receive pictures of your space and begin working on your project, I regret to inform you that refunds will no longer be available.

The reason for this policy is that I invest significant time and effort in creating a personalized plan specifically tailored to your space. Therefore, after receiving your pictures, I will already be working diligently to ensure a timely and satisfactory outcome.

Refunds for Design Buddy: Refunds are available for the Design buddy service if you don’t send an email with any information about your space after you have paid for it. A 3% service fee will be deducted.
This cancellation and refund policy is designed to maintain fairness to ensure efficient service. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
