This is the complete package: floor plan, style inspiration, and a full mood board with a curated shopping list, including trade discount access where available. Some clients save more through my trade discounts alone than the cost of my fee.

- A custom floor plan built around your space and how you use it

- Access to 20% designer trade discounts (percentage varies by vendor) on eligible pieces like sofas, tables and chairs from large retail brands
- Delivered by email with unlimited follow up emails for questions about how high to hang the piece of art, or where to hang the sconce.
How It Works
1. Book your free fit call
Book a free fit call if you have questions (this isn’t a call to brainstorm your space). If you already know this is what you want, skip ahead to the booking link at the bottom of the page. This 15-minute call is for questions and to see if we’re a good match, not a requirement to move forward.
2. Information Gathering
Once you’re in, I send you a request for information including photos of the space, photos of things you want to keep AND inspiration photos (or Pinterest boards).
3. Zoom meeting
We meet for up to 60 minutes on zoom to talk about your space and your vision
4. You get your full design plan.
A complete mood board and shopping list you can act on immediately, or come back to when you’re ready. I can purchase pieces with you using my trade discounts for up to 6 months.
What’s Different About Me?
Live 1:1, not a questionnaire
Most virtual designers send you a form and email back a PDF. We meet on Zoom. I see your room, you walk me through what’s working and what isn’t, and we design together.
I design around what you already own
I don’t believe every room needs a clean slate. Tell me what you want to keep — the rug from your grandmother, the sofa you saved up for, the dresser you actually like — and I’ll build the plan around it.
Smart sourcing, including second-hand
Where it makes sense, I source from vintage shops, Facebook Marketplace, estate sales, and consignment. Better quality, better budgets, and pieces with character that you won’t see in everyone else’s house.

How long does the process take?
Design plan delivered within two weeks.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not satisfied with your design plan, I’ll refund your fee, as long as I haven’t already placed any trade discount orders on your behalf. Once a trade order goes through, that portion is no longer refundable since it’s already been purchased.
What if I only want part of the plan, like just a floor plan?
Email me directly at [email protected]. I offer these as time permits for a reduced fee. No products are sourced as part of a floor plan only service.
What happens on the fit call?
We’ll talk through your space, your style, and your goals so we can both figure out if this is the right next step. It’s not a sales call, it’s a conversation. I can see if your space is one I think I can help with and you can see if like my approach.
